Description

The Quartz FR frameless glazing system is both stylish and simple. It is mullion free, with minimal tracks at head, base and abutments. 16.8mm FR30/30 glass provides the fires resistance, combined if required in double glazed format, with toughened glass of thickness 10mm to 19mm.

The Apton Quartz FR glazed partition is a striking dry-jointed system that achieves impressive acoustic ratings. Available in single- and double-glazed variants, this system brilliantly combines style, function and affordability.Quartz FR provides a visually frameless aesthetic with high levels of performance. European fire resistance specification ‘EI’, (Integrity & Insulation).

  • Fire resistance: Screens FR30/30, FR60/30 andFR60/60; glass doors FR30/0 to BS476 part 22.
  • Achieves Fire rating of up to 60 minutes.
  • Sound reduction: BS EN ISO 140; Ratedweighting to BS EN ISO 717.
  • Acoustics: Single glazed 38Rw(dB) and doubleglazed 51Rw(dB).
  • Structural: BS5234, BS6180 and BS6399.Commercial office (BS medium duty).
  • Quartz FR is available in a 27mm, 54mm or 100mm wide profile.
  • Acoustic ratings: Single glazed 38Rw(dB) and double glazed 47Rw(dB)
  • Panel heights of up to 4200mm.
  • Finishes available in any RAL Colour.
  • Glass: 10mm to19mm glass can be accommodated within Quartz.
  • Dimensions:
  • Single glazed is either 27mm or 32mm x 27mm.
  • Double glazed is 100mm x 27mm.
  • Single or double glazed 50mm deep deflection head and a new extra deep two-part deflection head detail is now available
